Factory Buys Direct.com’s Warranty Policy

After 30 days, the product is subject to the manufacturer’s warranty and must be authorized by a Customer Service Specialist.

Most of our product from Factory Buys Direct.com are warranted to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for (1) year from the date of purchase for an authorized dealer of FactoryBuysDirect.com. However, some products carry different warranties. Please check the product page on our website or the product’s manual for more information. Within this period, we will, at our sole discretion, repair or replace any components that fail in normal use.

You can register your product on the Factory Buys Direct.com website. Click here for the product warranty registration form. When calling in concerning products under warranty, you will be required to have a completed warranty form on file before a warranty claim will be processed.

Factory Buys Direct.com is not responsible for products or parts that fail or become damaged due to misuse, accidents, improper installation, lack of proper maintenance, tampering or alteration(s).

 

Product warranties only cover the cost of part(s) required to restore this product to proper operating condition and an allowance for labor when provided by a Factory Buys Direct.com Authorized Service Center or a provider approved by Factory BuysDirect.com. Warranty parts must be obtained through authorized dealers of the product and/or Factory BuysDirect.com who will provide original factory replacement parts. Failure to use original factory replacement parts will void the warranty.

 

Products not manufactured by Factory Buys Direct.com:

These products are warranted by the manufacturer. Please contact the product’s manufacturer or for questions on proper use and/or maintenance and their warranty process and policies.

 

Duluth Forge, Avenger or other products manufactured by Factory Buys Direct.com:

These products are warranted by Factory Buys Direct.com. The warranty period is as stated in the product’s specific revision owner’s manual. For reconditioned products or products purchased for commercial, industrial or rental usage, the warranty is usually limited. Please check the product’s owner manual for more information.

 

Damage Good:

Please inform us within 2 business days if any goods arrive damaged. Please keep all original shipping containers and take pictures, send it to your Customer Service Specialist via email (contact@factorybuysdirect.com). Factory Buys Direct.com we will either issue an exchange of the product or refund you.

 

Note: Please note warranty processing may take 1-2 weeks and will be subject to the individual manufacturer's policies and discretion. Manufacturer warranties do not cover defects determined to be caused by customer negligence.

 

Factory Reconditioned Products

Limited Warranty: Factory Buys Direct warrants factory reconditioned products and any parts thereof to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period 30 days from the date of first purchase from an authorized dealer provided the product has been installed, maintained and operated in accordance with Factory Buys Direct’s warnings and instructions. No return will be authorized. Parts will be provided to repair the product.
