Rotomolded is another term for the manufacturing process known as rotational molding. The rotational molding process is a high-temperature, low-pressure plastic-forming process that uses heat and rotation to produce hollow, one-piece parts.

- 4. The object must be cooled so it can be handled safely by the operator. This typically takes tens of minutes.

The process gives products inherent strength because consistent wall thickness and strong outside corners are virtually stress free.
